INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cast on 4 stitches.
2. Knit 2 stitches in each stitch across the row. (8)
3. Knit across the row. (8)
4. Knit 2 stitches in each stitch across the row. (16)
5. *Knit across the row, repeat from * for 5 or 6 rows.
6. Knit 2 stitches in each stitch across the row. (32)
7. Knit across the row.
8. Knit across the row, casting off each stitch after it is worked.
Leave a long yarn end.
Thread it into a yarn needle, sew the 2 sides together to form a
bell, weave yarn ends into the finished work.
Bells may be stiffened by saturating with 1/2 white glue such as Elmer's glue, or school glue, and 1/2 water. Shape the bell by
placing it over a light bulb to dry. (Place the light bulb into a
plastic sandwich bag, or cover with plastic wrap so it will be easily removed once hardened.)
