MATERIALS:
Worsted weight yarn
Size 6.5 mm crochet hook
Yarn needle

INSTRUCTIONS:
Gauge 3 1/2 stitches long by 4 rows high = 1 sq. Inch

Newborn to 3 mths: (foot 3 - 4 inch): chain 24

Newborn to 3 mths: (foot 3 - 4 inch): chain 24
3 to 6 mths: (foot 4 to 5”): chain 28
6 to 12 mths: (foot 5 - 6”): chain 32
1 to 2 yrs: chain 38
2 to 4 yrs: chain 46
4 to 6 yrs: chain 52
6 to 8 yrs: (fits foot 5 - 6”): chain 58
8 to 10 yrs: (fits foot 5 to 7”): chain 60
10 to 14 yrs: (fits foot 6 to 8”): chain 64
14 to 16 yrs: (fits foot 8 to 9”) chain 68
Adult Small: (fits 7 to 10): chain 72
Adult Medium: (fits 10 to 12): chain 80
Adult Large: (fits 12 to 14): chain 88
2. Single crochet in the 2nd stitch from the hook, and each stitch of the
chain.
3. Chain 1 and turn, working in the back stitch only, single crochet
in each stitch across the row.
4. Repeat step 3 for:
Newborn to 6 months: 3 more rows.
6 to 12 months: 5 more rows.
1 to 3 years: 6 more rows.
3 to 6 yrs: 7 more rows.
6 to 8 yrs: 8 more rows.
8 to 10 yrs: 8 more rows.
10 to 12 yrs: 9 more rows.
12 to 16 yrs: 9 more rows.
Adult small: 10 more rows.
Adult medium: 11 more rows.
Adult large: 13 more rows.
Fasten off.
5. Fold the heel section over:
Newborn to 6 months: 1 inch
6 to 12 months: 1 1/2 inch
1 to 4 yrs: 1 3/4 inch
4 to 8 yrs: 2 inches
8 to 12 yrs: 2 1/4 inches
12 to 16 yrs: 2 1/2 inches
Adult small and medium: 3 inches
Adult large: 4 inches
6. Fold the front section to meet the heel section.
7. Sew sides seams with a needle and same yarn, or
slip stitch to join.
8. Turn the seam to the inside.
9. OPTIONAL (NOT SHOWN): Attach yarn in any stitch, chain 2, half-double crochet
all around the opening of the slipper, skipping every 2nd stitch, slip stitch to join.
