INSTRUCTIONS:

My focus in designing is to produce a pattern in the most simple manner, so please don't be disappointed at how easy my patterns are.

1.  HAT: Worked flat.

Cast on 18 stitches.

Knit every row until the work will wrap around a pinecone.

Cast off with a long yarn end, and thread it into a yarn

needle

Sew the cast on row and cast off row together to form a

tube.

2.  Photo 1:  Fold up to form a brim.

Place the hat over the pinecone and either hot glue or white glue around.

3.  Photo 2: Fold a glitter stem in half, and twist the ends approx. 1.5 inches from the

ends.

4. Photo 3: Gather the top of the hat, place the ends of the glitter stems around,

         and twist.

 5. Photo 4: Gather the top of the hat, place the ends of the glitter stems around, and

twist.

6. Photo 5: Wrap a glitter stem around the brim of the hat.

7. Photo 6: Glue sequins or buttons on the hat.
