INSTRUCTIONS:
My main focus with designing is to produce a pattern that requires the least amount of instructions, for ease of construction. You can find ALL my patterns on Ravelry: https://www.ravelry.com/designers/emi-harrington Including over 470 FREE patterns.
1. Cast on 1 stitch. Knit every row for 45 rows. Cast off with a long yarn end.
Make 2.
2. old in half and take several stitches with a needle and the same yarn to form a loop
which is the correct size to accommodate your chosen button.
3. Roll one end into a spiral close to the joined section, and pass the needle back and
forth through all the layers of the spiral, in an “X” fashion to connect all the layers into
solid piece.
4. Repeat with the other end, and connect them firmly together at the center joined
area. Leave some yarn ends attached for sewing the frogs to the garment.
5. Sew a button on one of the loops and use the opposite one as a buttonhole.
