Worsted weight yarn, approx. 150 - 180 yards
6 mm crochet hook
Yarn needle

INSTRUCTIONS:  Works toe up.

This pattern is available in ALL SIZES, in my Ravelry Pattern Store: 

1.  Chain 5, slip stitch to join and form a ring. Carry the yarn end 
     along the outside of the ring.

2.  Chain 1, make 8 single crochet in the ring, slip stitch to join. Pull 
     the yarn end to close the hole.

3.  Chain 1 and turn, make 2 single crochet in each stitch around, 
     slip stitch to join. (16)

4.  *Chain 1 and turn, single crochet in each stitch around, slip 
     stitch to join.
Repeat from * until the work measures: 5-8 yrs: 3.5 inches 
(approx. 10 rows)

5.  *Chain 1 and turn, single crochet in each stitch around, DO NOT 
       SLIP STITCH TO JOIN.
Repeat from* until the total length of the slipper measures 
approx. 6 inches.

6.  Fold the heel end in half, and slip stitch the back of the slipper 
     closed, fasten off.

7.  Make the leg section:
   Attach yarn in any stitch at the heel end of the slipper, chain 1, 
    single crochet evenly around the opening of the slipper, 
    slip stitch to join.

8.  Chain 2, double crochet in each stitch around, slip stitch to join.

9.  Chain 2, alternate front post and back post double crochet 
     around, slip stitch to join.

10. Repeat step 8 and 9 until the legs are as long as desired.
Work the 2nd to last row in a contrasting color yarn.
Fasten off, weave yarn ends into the finished work.

Bow were attached to the samples shown.  
(Cut strips of polar fleece, form into bows, sew onto the slippers.      Or use velvet ribbon.)
Attach bows on the sides, or on the back of the slippers.
