2122 - PRIMROSE STITCH FINGERLESS GLOVES - 5 yrs to adult large
The primrose stitch is very versatile, it can be used to make blankets, hats, scarves, dishcloths, sweaters, legwarmers, headbands, bags and purses, and of course texting gloves!!

MATERIALS:
Worsted weight yarn (approx. 100 yards)
6 mm crochet hook
Yarn needle

Worked flat.
1. 5 - 12 yrs: chain 20
12 - 16 yrs: chain 23,
Small adult hand: Chain 23,
Medium hand: chain 26
Large hand: chain 29
single crochet in the 2nd stitch from the hook, *skip the next 2
stitches,
in the next stitch make: single crochet, chain 2, single crochet,
repeat from * across the row, ending with a single crochet in the
last stitch.
2. Chain 2 and turn, in every chain 2 space across the row, make 3
double crochet stitches, single crochet in the last stitch.
3. Repeat step 1 and step 2 until the work is as long as the desired
length for the gloves. (End with a row of double crochet.)
Fold the work in half, slip stitch the seam closed, or fasten off
with a long yarn end, thread it into a yarn needle,
and sew the side seam of the gloves, leaving an opening for the
END OF PATTERN
