My focus in designing is to produce a pattern in the most simple manner, so please don't be disappointed at how easy my patterns are.
1. FOR AN 8 INCH WASHCLOTH:
Working with 2 strands of 100% cotton yarn,
cast on 21 stitches.
(To make a less dense cloth, work with 1 strand and 4mm needles,
and cast on 49 stitches, or any number in an odd number.)
2. *Knit one stitch, purl one stitch, repeat from * across the row.
3. Repeat step 2 until the work is a square. (Approx. 32 rows.)
Cast off, weave yarn ends into the finished work.
