Yarn needle for sewing the seam

Cast on any number of stitches,
(approx. 4 inches of stitches).
2. Work in stockinette stitch or garter stitch, until
the work will wrap around the
Cast off with a long yarn end.
Fold the work, and sew the cast off row
and the cast on row together, then weave
through the open end of the tube, pull to gather
up and close the bottom of the chair sock,
weave yarn ends into the finished work.
