TO MAKE A HEADBAND:
Work a foundation chain in multiples of 12 + 3,
Work as many rows as desired for the headband, fasten off.
Sew the 2 ends together with yarn and a yarn needle.
If that is too long for your headband, reduce by 12 stitches and when finished gather the 2 ends of the band, attach yarn on one end, crochet a chain cord. Attach yarn on the other end, and
work another chain cord. Tie to fit. (Tying the 2 loops of the
bow into a knot will result in a permanently fitting headband.)
